ADOBE SUITE: CAD for FASHION DESIGN and MERCHANDISING
LINE SHEETS
Completing line sheets is an integral and gratifying part of the CAD development process and is an essential skill for facilitating line development in an organized manner. With regards to Product Lifecycle Management, being able to correctly identify and label different elements of a product's SKU, as well as represent these elements through CAD production, is equally as important as developing the CADs themselves. These line sheets were created as part of a project that I completed at CMU, showcasing a conceptual lingerie line called "Foxxy" and denoting each garment with an original SKU number to represent and identify each of the individual styles and colourways. Each CAD and colourway presented below was developed and rendered by myself using Adobe Illustrator.

CAD DEVELOPMENT
The following CADs were developed in partnership with my fellow Kohl's interns as part of a freelance project to develop a conceptual clothing line for womenswear basics. After being presented with their brand concept, I developed a three-garment collection with corresponding colourways to embody the vision that they described for their brand. This project gave me the opportunity to collaborate with multiple disciplines within the retail industry and experience first-hand the level of collaboration that goes into apparel development at the corporate level. The designs and colourways were developed and rendered by myself using Adobe Illustrator.

CAD DEVELOPMENT
The following CADs were developed as examples for the course "FMD 246: CAD for Fashion Design and Merchandising" while I instructed this course at CMU. From January 2022 through December 2023, I worked as the in-person instructor for this course, assisting students with the coursework while the lectures were delivered remotely by the core instructor. During my final semester at CMU from January to May 2024, I was given the opportunity to instruct the course as the core instructor, allowing me to further foster my CAD skills in addition to my leadership and interpersonal skills. The included examples were rendered by myself using Adobe Illustrator as instructional material for these courses.

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
The following technical package was created in collaboration with my peers at CMU to showcase our skills in technical development and garment development methods. Using a base garment from Forever 21, we created this technical package and the corresponding CADs to present all the necessary details for production that would be provided to a vendor if manufacturing the garment. The CADs, pullouts, and garment details were developed by myself using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

WHITE SPACE DESIGN PROJECT - DENIM
The following project showcases a small denim line from creation, designed with the intention to fill a white space in the denim market.

A.A.T.C.C. C2C DESIGN PROJECT
The following project was completed as my final senior project for the A.A.T.C.C. C2C Design Competition.

CAD COLLECTIONS & PRINT DESIGNS
The following collections and print designs were developed during my time as a student in the "FMD 246: CAD for Fashion Design and Merchandising" course that I would later go on to teach. Each project has a conceptual theme and includes all collection development materials, such as mood boards, colour palettes, fabric boards, etc., and each print design includes information regarding the assets, swatches, and inspiration for the prints. The following works were developed by myself in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
CLO-3D: 3D CAD DEVELOPMENT
3D CADs
In order to garner a better understanding of patterning and fit, I was trained in CLO-3D software for developing 3D garments and patterns. The following CADs are my original designs that were developed and patterned by myself using CLO-3D.
3D ANIMATIONS
The following animations represent the movement of the designs showcased above. They were developed by myself using CLO-3D software.
HAND SKETCHING: FASHION CROQUIS
The sketches included below were completed during my time at CMU to showcase my abilities in hand-rendered fashion croquis. Each composition was completed using a mix of Copic marker, Prismacolor coloured pencils, and Micron fine line markers.
